I have been working with Brenda for several years. When I first started I had no confidence that I would either stick at it or achieve my goals. I was wrong on both counts.Fortunately, through Brenda’s encouragement and dedication I have improved my strength and flexibility. I am in better shape than I have been in years. I don’t think I was ever able to do a push up. What I am most impressed with Brenda is she understands my limitations but still encourages me to go a bit further. She watches every move I make to ensure it is done correctly and safely. She plans the session so they are never dull. She is the consummate professional.

I am an avid hockey player and golfer. However, as I get older I need to do more to keep up and to minimize pain and injury. Brenda’s FST program has become a critical part of my fitness routine. I have definitely noticed a number of substantial benefits from her treatments including: 1) better range of motion in many muscle groups; 2) better strength throughout these ranges of motion; 3) improved athletic performance; and 4) noticeable and immediate relief from muscle aches and strains post her treatments. I highly recommend her program for anyone who is serious about maximizing their athletic performance and minimizing the consequences of it.

Fascial Stretch Therapy with Brenda counters both the day-to-day effects of aging and working at a desk. It is a great complement to my training regime. FST has made me healthier, I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to improve their quality of life.

Fascia is connective tissue that is made up of a spider web of fibrous, gluey, and wet proteins. It runs throughout the entire body and encompasses us head-to-toe, from the top ofthe head to the feet and everywhere in-between. Your fascia provides a framework that helps support and protect individual muscle groups, organs, and the entire body as a unit.
Brenda’s masterful approach to FST is a great complement to strength training as it keeps me flexible and functional.

With the addition of FST to my fitness schedule, I’m now enjoying increased ease to my training and maintain freedom of movement. I love the improvement in my joints and surrounding muscles. It’s been amazing!
